Before We Start
Before we start, remember again (as mentioned before in cusp astrology) that the traits of the cusp sign will most match the traits of the individual sun sign.
Some tendencies will be changed/added with the influence of the neighboring sign, but more of the tendencies will be acquired still from the specific sun sign.
Those of the Aries Taurus cusp are high-strung, excitable, and impulsive but in addition are very persistent and determined to work efficiently.
Arus individuals have dominant personalities, and like typical Aries can be strong, effective leaders.
They can do well working for themselves or teaching others and working more traditional careers.
Arus are persistent and rule their own lives. They do not like giving in to the will of others especially when the other person’s authority is flawed in Arus’s point of view.
Arus are ambitious, spontaneous, impulsive and have a sort of head-in-the-clouds nature to them.
There is conflicting tension between the two parts of Arus (the split between Aries and Taurus) and because of this, the Taurus nature of being calm, cool-headed, grounded, and practical is present in the Arus as well.
Because of this conflicting inner battle (one often seen in cusp astrology), Arus can feel overwhelmed and have trouble deciding between doing what is realistic and following their dreams.
They have to find a stable midpoint to settle this issue and create a balance between their grounded Taurus side and impulsive Aries side.
Softer Taurus Side
Arus are not very emotional but do have a softer, feminine, deep caring side to them (from the Taurus influence).
Even when they seem tough and unreadable on the outside they are often quite caring and in touch with feeling from the inside and may suddenly surprise those they know with kind, thoughtful gestures.
Effectiveness With Goals
The cusp of Arus is very effective at accomplishing things with planning and instinct (the strategic end coming from Aries and the intuitive edge coming from Taurus).
The spontaneous ever-moving Aries side of Arus can be helped by Taurus’s calm planning and careful attendance to detail.
With this complementary mix of creativity and stability, Arus can continuously come up with new ideas and plan out how to set out to integrate their ideas, into achieving various objectives at the same time.
Arus like to start new endeavors, work through, and eventually finish what they start.
They are instinctive, and edgy while being cool, patient and stable.
A clear split is present in the cusp astrology of Arus from this conflict between neurotic energy and cool level-headedness.
If Arus can find a good middle point between these two sides to themselves, they can be very productive and accomplish great things (all starting from the balanced base of creativity and stability).
